As a writer/director, Jacqueline enjoys telling female-centric coming of age stories that emphasize the importance of self-worth. Her films often blend dark, gritty realism with whimsical surrealism in order to explore the gap between romantic expectations and unsettling truths.

Upon graduating from FSU Film School, Jacqueline wrote, directed, and co-edited the short film ‘Monkey Bars’ which was executive produced by Ethan Lazar (The Witch) and features Millie Shapiro (Hereditary). It was nominated for Best Narrative at NFFTY 2022 and was Critics' Choice at the Cinema Femme Short Film Festival 2021.

Her feature screenplay, ‘The Year The World Ended,’ earned two 8s on The Black List and is a Semifinalist of the CineStory Feature Retreat and Fellowship 2023 and The Imagine This Women's Film Festival 2024.
